Hello everybody.
I'm Italian and I'm happy to say that UT is the most powerful and UserFriendly application in Gateway-Firewall softwares area, dispate off the support forum and the core language is in English.

You download the ISO,burn in a Cd,and Install It in a dedicated computer with 2 lan cards. After that, follow the steps.

The Shan's comment is absolutely false!!!

Shan's comments are completely bogus. Untangle is an open source firewall solution. There's no trojan downloads that you can never remove. It's a ISO file you load on a computer explicitly for the purpose of running a firewall and network appliance that include trojan filtering, amongst other activites like virus scanning, etc. My only complaint is it loves memory and cpu. Not for a minor system...but it's not a minor task it's undertaking. Little more than what a home would require but any small business could benefit from this project.

EVIL!!!
Do not even consider downloading this, the software is >1GB plus requires and additional 248MB of another program.

YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DELETE OR DEINSTALL EITHER OF THEM.
They will send fake warnings of trojans and then require you to pay to enable the software to delete viruses etc.

Completely evil. BANISH THIS STUFF!

Great application! Sets up in a snap, and the new Re-router technology is neat. This has got to be the most intuitive application of its type that I have found to date.
