A very flexible and feature packed shopping cart solution. there is a bit of a learning curve with all of the features that it has to use, but the sky is almost the limit with this solution.
Support is fairly good as well, but trying to find answers to your questions in their enormous database/forum can prove to be somewhat frustrating at times.
Taking time to setup a test server to fully explore all of the capabilities of this solution is highly advised before going live with your first storefront.
