I worked at a company whom had moved to this from Sugar CRM a number of years back. It’s a huge piece of software with many features, however the code is outdated, un-modular, and often downright ugly (php with inline HTML tables containing inline css). It was a pain to get installed right due to poor documentation. It was missing the ability to notify the owner of a project when someone claims it. Unfortunately their isn’t a whole lot of competition…
